Shipping policy

All USA orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped from our studio in New Jersey. USA. As a small business, we pack, ship, fulfill most orders ourselves from our studio. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from NJ.

Greeting Cards and Gift tags when ordered by themselves are shipped via USPS First Class Letter Services which does not include tracking, unless you pay extra for this accommodation.
